Trying to change someone is a waste of
time. The very thought of changing someone is saying that they are not good
enough as they are, and it is soaked with judgment and disapproval.
That is not
a thought of appreciation or love, and those thoughts will only bring
separation between you and that person.
You must look for the good in people
to have more of it appear. As you look only for the good things in a person,
you will be amazed at what your new focus reveals.
Please note:
I very much appreciate my articles and
photos appearing on fellow bloggers' sites, popular broadsheets, and local
broadcast news segments, but I would appreciate even more a request for
permission first.
Thank you!
beautiful image.

DeleteYour image is beautiful, but your words are more so. You utter a lesson of truth that too many fail to learn. I wish everyone could read it ...

Thank you, Andrea!
DeleteTruth be told, I stand guilty of being judgmental, but as I got older I realized what a fool I was being so. I realized that changing the way I think about people -- to be more accepting and forgiving -- it was more loving and "lighter."
so true!
ReplyDeletewonderful pictures, too!
Thank you, Mom Photographer. Photo taken at a party hosted by YKL Fuji in which they had models as subjects to try out their newly-released array of cameras.
DeleteLovely photo of this young woman.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful thoughts as well. I do believe though that as humans we all have room for improvement in areas of our lives and perhaps people are not judging us or trying to change us but rather pointing out those areas that would help to make us a better person as well.
Captivating image accompanied by words we should all take to heart. Isn't it wonderful that we always have the power to change our mind? Thank you for sharing your work with Photo Art Friday, Tito Eric.
